The PEEF aims to provide opportunities for bright but underprivileged students to achieve their dreams while contributing to Pakistan’s growth and welfare, guided by its Board of Directors. The fund’s objective is to offer equal opportunities to academically outstanding girls and boys in Punjab who may not have access to education, thereby building a critical mass of human capital.
Since its inception in 2009, PEEF has awarded over 440,000 scholarships to students from Punjab and other provinces studying at public and private universities and Centers of Excellence (CsOE), including LUMS, NUST, FAST, IBA Karachi, GIKI Swabi, and others. These scholarships are available to students pursuing Intermediate, Graduate, Master’s, and Ph.D. degrees. - PEEF Scholarships 2023
The PEEF Scholarships are available for Intermediate, Bachelor’s Degree, and Master’s Degree (including MS, M.Phil) programs, and are open to residents of Balochistan and Punjab Province.
The Balochistan scholarships are specifically for residents of Balochistan Province who have passed the Matriculation or Intermediate Exams 2022 from government institutions in Balochistan.
The Punjab scholarships are available to orphans, children of Class IV employees, minorities, disabled children, and children of civilians who were martyred in terrorist attacks.

How to Apply?
To apply for the Special Quota Scholarships, students from Punjab can submit their application online at https://student.peef.org.pk/specialquotaRegistration. Meanwhile, students from Balochistan Province can download the application form and send it along with all required documents to the PEEF Office Quota.
